## Security Assessments

Most workplaces have a few weak points that nobody notices, because everyone walks past them every day. We walk your site with you, watch how people come and go, review your procedures, and tell you plainly what we see. What we review:

- Entrances, exits, and visitor handling
- Parking areas, lighting, and sightlines
- Opening, closing, and cash-handling routines
- Emergency plans and how staff are alerted
- What employees know to do today

## Situational Awareness and Self Defense

This is practical training for ordinary people, not a martial arts class. Your team learns to notice what's off, put distance between themselves and a problem, and use simple physical skills to get away if they have to. What it covers:

- Reading surroundings and behavior
- Verbal de-escalation and setting boundaries
- Positioning, exits, and safe distance
- Simple techniques to break free and get out
- Scenarios drawn from your team's actual work

## CPR, AED & First Aid

When someone collapses, the people nearby decide what happens next. We teach American Heart Association courses at your workplace so your team can start CPR, use an AED, and handle common injuries until EMS arrives. What this course covers:

- CPR and AED use
- Choking response
- Bleeding control, burns, and other common injuries
- Recognizing a heart attack or stroke
- Hands-on practice with manikins and trainer AEDs

## Firearms Safety Training

Rick LeClair is a Massachusetts State Police certified firearms instructor. He teaches the Massachusetts Basic Firearms Safety course for individuals and private groups, focusing on safe handling, secure storage, and the law. What the course covers:

- Safe handling, loading, and unloading
- Secure storage at home, at work, and in transit
- Massachusetts firearms law and licensing
- Live-fire training, as Massachusetts now requires
- Classroom instruction at your location
